Tomorrow, Jonathan and myself will leave DTU at approximately 12pm to head to the airport. Our flight is at 5:45pm, we have to leave early because we have to check out our room by 12pm. I know for sure I will miss this place and all my wonderful friends here. It's been very memorable and perhaps once in a lifetime experience to have the opportunity to live in Europe. I feel very accomplished and I'm satisfied that I have made use of all possible opportunities to travel in Europe. I don't have time to visit the whole of Europe, and I will surely come back again for Greece, Spain, Portugal and Eastern Europe.
We made a farewell dinner just now for Justyna, Rogelio and Byeong Jun. Justyna says she has already started to save money for flight to Singapore to visit me one day. :) I really hope that day will come soon. It's easier to see Byeong Jun because we are in Asia and I haven't been to Korea, so I will definitely visit him in Seoul one day. As for Rogelio, he is looking for an opportunity for an exchange program in NUS. They are one of my best friends in Europe and it is fate that we meet in Denmark. I look forward to the day when we will see each other again, somewhere in the world.
This shall be my last blog entry and it marks the end of my Exchange Program in Denmark. I will no longer post anymore photos, including the photos of Switzerland and other places I visited in Denmark recently. Some things are best kept in the heart as memories.
So, farewell to all my friends in Europe and Goodbye Denmark!

Last weekend in Denmark and Europe
This morning, Jon reminded me that this is our last weekend in Denmark. Jon told me that he was looking at the photos and he missed the days when we first arrived in Denmark and toured Copenhagen together on Sunday with Tanunya. A part of me wants to go back, but another part tells me that I will miss my life here because it's so much more relaxed than my life in NUS.
Actually we wanted to go to Arhus or at least explore more of Denmark, but we are both rushing 2 reports to be submitted on Monday. I finished up all the calculations and data analysis for one of our reports this afternoon, now just waiting for the experimental data to be tidied up and put into Appendices by Dawid. It was an experiment on the influence of flow and mixing patterns in flow reactors. Jon told me to be in charge of this report because my theoretical knowledge in this area is stronger. He took charge of the last experiment on multiple steady states, a subject he has better understanding of than me. Haha....
Jon has been working hard on the report for multiple steady states experiment. Everything was smooth until he was trying to generate the theoretical S-curve from G(T) and R(T) functions. He wrote the program codes in Matlab for G(T), but the simulation result differs from theory by a factor of 1000! We were suspecting that maybe the units may have been wrong somewhere, but I checked again and again thoroughly, from units to equations to coding and I found no mistakes. Arrgghhh... This is really irritating!! Just yesterday, I was also having problems with my RTD Data analysis because my calculated F(t) differs by a factor of 10! It also took me quite a while to realise my error in the Excel Spreadsheet-I took one wrong column of cells to calculate E(t)!Sometimes, it gives you headaches when you have so many data and calculations and when you realise that there is an error, it takes a while to discover that small little mistake. =.="
Anyway, I really hope that we will be able to discover the mistake in Jon's program soon because I want to submit the report on Monday. It's probably not the coding because I'm quite sure they are right. Maybe we missed something when checking for units consistency. Tomorrow (Sunday), we will continue working on this report.

Oslo photos
Oslo was our last destination of our Scandinavian and Estonian trip and we met up with Pooi Yean there. I was very happy to see her because I have not seen her since our last exam last semester in NUS. My initial plan was to come to Denmark with her, but in the end she was posted to Budapest (Hungary) instead. She shared with us her travel experiences and I realise I travelled quite little compared to her. :( She skipped classes a number of times for travelling, how I hope I have done that more often too. Haha...
It was extremely cold when we were in Oslo, it was -5 degrees centigrade in the morning and afternoon and I think it reached as low as -30 degrees at night. Touring Oslo was quite easy, all the attractions are close to each other, along one stretch of road. We could not stand the cold for too long when we were outdoors, so we have to get indoor once in a while to keep warm.
I think the most meaningful of all is the Nobel Peace Prize Center where the history and the life of past and present Nobel Peace Prize winners are presented in interesting exhibits. I learn quite a lot from the center, I think it's a must-see in Oslo.

Price divided by 50% is twice the price!! We were laughing at the Mathematics used. lol.. Surely it was not meant to be like that. I think I saw this in Lyngby Storcenter too and it makes me wonder why they use this sign, it's so misleading. Haha...
